Kim at the Gym Pricing And Procedures

Choose from the following formats or allow for variety:

 

 

Adaptive Fitness – A fun, safe space for our friends with cognitive or physical disabilities

 

Balance and Reaction Training for Athletes – Improve performance in any sport with drills and muscle control practice

 

Barre – No ballet experience needed

Focus is to increase balance and posture and strength

 

Boxing – A no-contact shadow boxing or mitted class to jab, cross and hook to a fun beat

 

Guided Meditation – A safe space to explore meditation with gentle guidance

 

Mat Pilates – Build core strength and muscle control in this low-impact format

 

Mobility and Injury Prevention – Learn pre-hab exercises to keep the body ready and injury-free

 

Pre & Postnatal Fitness - A guided workout to move safely throughout pregnancy and birth

 

Senior Fitness – A workout to keep strength and balance with a focus on activities of daily living

 

Trauma-Informed Training – Workouts and language to encourage choice and autonomy of the body

 

Weightlifting/Strength Training – A program designed to keep muscles challenged and strong

 

Yoga – A low-impact, mindful workout to lengthen and strengthen the body

 

 

  • All classes can be offered as a regularly scheduled drop-in class for all levels, a single-time workshop, or as private one-on-one sessions
  • All fitness options can be accommodated for chair modifications 
  • All classes can be held using silent disco headsets

 

Prices range from $75 - $175 per session (not per hour)

 

Prices vary based on the following:

 

Equipment and Room Set-Up: Does the facility provide equipment or does KATG need to supply? Does the session take place in a mulit-purpose room where furniture or other items need to be moved and replaced after each class?

 

Documentation Needs: Does the class require attendance tracking? Does there need to be documentation regarding the attendance and performance of each individual?

 

Contract Needs: Will the sessions be held 2-3 times per week? Weekly, monthly, quarterly? What is the length of the contract?

 

Marketing Needs: Does KATG need to create and supply marketing materials to promote the events and sessions? This can include a registration link or QR code for sign-ups as well as customized marketing pieces for your business.

 

 

 

 

Other services:

Gym design - Get expert help with the appropriate equipment selection for your participants needs. We can discuss storage solutions and sourcing of best price and materials as well as equipment maintenance and repair.

 

Outings and Events: We’ll work within your budget and group size to help plan and execute a range of fitness related events for your group – including guest speakers, specialty fitness workshops and lectures, healthy eating workshops, day hikes, kayaking and other PNW adventures.

 

 

 

Canceling an event or session is always an absolute last resort so we will work hard to find a substitution with a vetted instructor before that decision is made.
